The new Steamtec II features a completely new construction with numerous smart features. The main highlight is the innovative design of the water tank with externally placed heating elements, which are welded around the tank like a coil. They have no direct contact to water - typical problems such as scale or cracking corrosion will be therefore effectively avoided. The heating elements have now greatly longer lifetime and need no regular replacement.
An automatic descaling system will remove the scale from the water tank and drain it after use, which considerably reduces the maintenance costs. The cleaning will consider the water hardness and the evaporated water quantity.
The entire construction has been designed to last and sets standards in terms of durability and reliability even in the most intensive commercial operation.
Steamtec II stands out thanks to its numerous smart features, which make the installation and use more flexible and easy. The steam output pipe can be for instance turned around at 180° to let the steam pipeline be connected from the top. The power output can be changed on site at the push of a button in 3 kW steps, e.g. from 18 kW to 15 kW or 12 kW, which makes the planning and stock management more flexible and cost-effective.
