Delivery periods
Insofar as no other time period is specified in the respective quote, delivery of the goods within Germany will be made within days following conclusion of the contract (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Shipping with parcel within Germany (excluding islands):

Up to 50 EUR value of goods: 5,90 EUR From 50 Euro value of goods: Free Shipping Cash on delivery fee: 9,99 EUR to 2.500 Euro order value. Above that amount, a deposit for the difference is payable.

Shipping costs within Germany with forwarding (excluding islands):

Shipping costs for all major supplies such as sauna doors, sauna building sets, woodburning heaters, wood and battens. Lump sum: 35,- EUR Cash on delivery fee: 34,99 EUR to 2.500 Euro order value. Above that amount, a deposit for the difference is payable.

Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus: Lump sum: 49,90 EUR Cash on delivery is not possible
